Was working out with a different trainer for 2 years and hit a plateau. I thought this was my limit, but decided to try working out with Alejandro as my trainer. This is a whole different level of workout. He is very knowledgeable and motivating. Uses a wide variety of exercises to keep things interesting and I have seen a huge change in my body.
